description IpppZJp^^ November — The Wild Life Club held, it's regular meeting Monday night, after which They entertained their ladies at a dancing party, with Willey's orchestra playing, 1949--Monday night Jan lOth the Wild Life Club met in the town Hall for their regular meeting and election of officers, Herman Beckman, President; Floyd Whitney, Vice President; Kenneth Gehlhar, Secretary; Rolland, Randall, Treasurer; Clarence Domek, Joe Johnson, Alfred Ronngren, Directors; and. Clinton Gibson « M,D. Orr, Comity Directors, April --- Monday evening Wild Life Club met in the town Hall with their ladies. After their regular meeting, the Primary grades entertained with their Band instruments, with Miss. Stephens at the piano. Two high school pupils gave three tableau scenes, with 'Mrs. H. Erdahl and Carol in the background, singing, "My Blue Heaven, The Old Spinning Wheel, and When You and I Were Young Maggie," Willi Miss Stephens as pianist. Lunch was served. The Thanksgiving dance had a. good attendance. Tie Wildlife Club "had a good attendance at their meeting April 14, The State Patrol showed, two good movies, after which an Oyster stew was served, March l95't-~' The Ypsilanti Wildlife Chapter met Thursday evening with, a good, attendamre. Dale Henegan of Bismarck, of the State Game and Fish Department, was- guest speaker. One of his subjects was on a local dam on Beaver Creek. Mr, and Mrs, Ed. Lee of Valley City and their two dogs gave a demostratton on how to train dogs and what they can be taught to do. Deerburgers were served.-by the committee. February 1952— The Ypsilanti Wildlife Chapter met Friday night at the. Hall with a good attendance, The main speaker was Mr. Bolt of the State Game and. Fish Department, Game Warden Art Craven was also present. Mr, Henry Anderberg 's mlbject was about the memorial fund. Movie pictures were shown, . and. lunch was served by the' committee, .In May the Wildlife merrbers and The Booster Club cleaned up, trimmed trees, and hauled in gravel, now the Ypsilanti Park is ready for picnicers. October-- Ypsilanti Wildlife Club is sponsoring a Trap Shoot, and dancing party Wednesday evening. The Trap Shoot will be held at I 'P.M. one-fourth mile north of Ypsilanti. Everyone is invited to attend this event, The dancing party is set for* the Ypsilanti Hall al 9 PM. There will be good music. Members of the Committee in charge of both evetnts are Milton Vaught, Kenneth Gehlhar, and, Harold. Beckman. November 195?-- Wildlife members had a pancake -supper Monday night at Les Schultz's "Feed Basket Inn", Wildlife members secured four fox on. their fox hunt Sunday. Ypsilanti Wildlife card players won their first game of the season, defeating the Jamestown .Legion, The local team has been undefeated the past two years. The above excerts give you some idea of the aeilidties of the Wildlife Club.
