Dakota Magic Casino and Hotel is located on the Sisseton-Wahpeton Lake Traverse Indian Reservation, near Hankinson, North Dakota. The Sisseton-Wahpeton Band is a subdivision of the eastern or Dakotah Indians. Although it is located primarily in South Dakota, the reservation has some land in North Dakota, where the casino is located.
