P. 127,128 are shown a sketch and a map of the easternmost of the two hills in which the sagvandite occurs. The surrounding rock is gneiss and finegrained crystalline schists allied to it; the stratification of surrounding rocks near the sagvandite is everywhere seem to have the same strike as the sagvandite.
