Summary:The technical details and hydrographical data of the hauls with open nets and opening-closing nets, made during the Amsterdam Mid North Atlantic Plankton Expedition, are given, together with the general conditions during the sampling period September 15 \xe2\x80\x93 October 6, 1981. Temperature and salinity profiles are given for the sampled area roughly between 55\xc2\xb0N 30\xc2\xb0W and 24\xc2\xb0N 30\xc2\xb0W and between 24\xc2\xb0N 30\xc2\xb0W and 27\xc2\xb0N 20\xc2\xb0W.
