Summary: | The genus Corolla includes five species, one of them new to science, Corolla cupula n. sp., from the South Atlantic Ocean, described herein. The parapodial disc is folded up on itself on its whole posterior part; its proboscis is free only along half of its length, the rest being covered by the parapodial coil. Observations on the proboscis and parapodial disc have led to comparisons between the genera of the Cymbuliidae family. |
