The results obtained are as follows. 1)The body temperature was mostly about 35℃, but in some cases it was slightly elevated to 37.5℃. 2)The pH values of the stomach fluid varied from 1.90 to 8.10 in the process of digestion. 3)The bacteria of 10³-10⁴/ml were isolated from the stomach fluid only in the pH area where growth was possible, but isolation was often unavilable even in the pH area where growth was posible. 4)The amino acids, ammonia and volatile fatty acids were found in the stomach fluid of all the animals, but relenancy between those substances and bacteria were not recognized. 伊豆伊東沖で生け捕りしたアラリイルカとスジイルカの胃内容液中のpH,生菌数,アミノ酸量,アンモニア量,低級酸量および体温をしらべ,次の結果を得た。1.体温は大部分が35℃前後だが37.5℃とやや高いものもあった。2.胃内容液pHは一連の消化の過程で1.90~8.10まで変動した。3.胃内容液から103~104/mlの細菌が発育可能なpH域からのみ分離されたが,発育可能なpH域でも分離されない場合が多くあった。4.いずれの胃内容液中にも遊離のアミノ酸,アンモニアおよび低級酸が存在したが,これらと微生物との関連性は見い出せなかった。 Report toothed whales NAOSITE: Nagasaki University Academic Output SITE
