酸素酸化反応による2-メトキシ-ビナフタレン-2'-カルバルデヒドの合成
2-Methoxybinaphthalene-2’-carbaldehyde was obtained in good yield by the oxygen oxidation of the corresponding methyl derivative with cerium catalysts in acetic acid or alcohol solution. One of the isolated byproducts was identified as an anhydrous carbonic acid derivative.
