Plants provide us with medicines for healing and food. Every year as the seasons unfold the plants tell us when to harvest for food or medicine, what foods are ready to eat, and when it's time for migration or breeding seasons. We all depend on nature and have a responsibility to care for Country. Through caring for Country we connect to the plants, animals, and seasons.
