Description
Summary:Data files and R Code for the cuticle experiments, main desiccation experiments and selection experiments for this paper. The csv files include metadata where required to explain units, but are otherwise obvious in the context of the paper and the R code uses the same data file names. The cuticle data assessments for contact angle and SEM-EDX are preceded by the term 'Cuticle' in the filename. The main desiccation data files commence with 'Aus' and the phylogenetic tree files with 'Hugh' while the main R file name commences with Chown. The selection data files all commence with 'Selection' and in the R code for this section just note that the data file names need this term trimmed off the front for them to run. A total of 17 files are present. Note that the AM in the main file refers to Angus (Hugh) Marshall.
