The Pole Song

Song came about as a result of Walter Monroe (Tory) trying to win the votes of the Deer Island People (Liberals). He promised them a telegraph system and the poles arrived within two weeks. Bragg's Islanders (Tories) figured there had been a mistake and accepted them for themselves. No ref.
