On the side of the building on the second level there are four windows and on the first level there are three windows and what appear to be two doors. On the corner of the side and front of the building (the left of the photo) scaffolding can be seen. On the back of the building on the second level there are two windows and on the first level there are three windows. A telephone pole can be seen obscuring part of the back of the building. A car can be seen parked to the right. During this project the property was owned by St. Paul's Anglican Church, previously owned by St. Paul's Church. Building construction circa 1897.
