This building was used as the Anglican Parish Hall. On the front of the building scaffolding is constructed and multiple individuals are working on the top. On the top of the bell tower there appear to be three windows on all four sides. On the front of the building on the second level there appears to be only one window, and also only one window on the first level. On the side of the building on the second level there are four windows and on the first level there are four windows. A ladder/stairs and raised deck can be seen on the side of the building leading to a door on the second level, potentially a fire escape. A white building can be seen in the background. A white picket fence and a cross can be seen in the foreground. During this project the property was owned by St. Paul's Anglican Church, previously owned by St. Paul's Church.
