This building was used as the Anglican Parish Hall. On the side of the building on the second level there are five windows and a door, and on the first level there are four windows. Leading to the door on the second level is a raised deck and ladder/stairs, potentially to be used as a fire escape. Laying next to the side of the building is a ladder. A telephone pole obscures part of the photo. A white building can be seen in the right background. During this project the property was owned by St. Paul's Anglican Church, previously owned by St. Paul's Church. Building construction circa 1897.
