This building is the St. Paul's Anglican Church Parish Hall. Around the mid-point of the bell tower scaffolding can be seen. On the front face of the bell tower a clock can be seen above the red shutters surrounding the bell. Only half of the front of the church is in the image, showing a small pointed arch window, the circular rose window with six-pointed star, one large pointed arch window, and two small pointed arch windows next to the door framed in red. Surrounding the property is a white picket fence that can be seen at the bottom of the photo, encasing the graveyard of which headstones are seen to the right of the church.
