This building is the St. Paul's Anglican Church Parish Hall. Around the bell tower there is scaffolding. On teh front of the building there is a small pointed arch window, then a large circular rose window with a six-pointed star, and then three large pointed arch windows. A white picket fence surrounds part of a graveyard in front of the church. On the side of the church there are six pointed arch windows on the first level, and eighteen smaller windows above the lower roof. A white fence can be seen surrounding the property.
