On the left side, is a small hill and large tree covering much of the house, it appears that one other man is on the scaffolding on the left side partially hidden by the large tree. Constructed c. 1900. originally owned by John Lockyear, sold to the Fowlow's in 1910, and owned by George Lilly in 1978.
