Summary: | A woven mill lunch basket belonging to Terry Penney of Corner Brook. Penney worked in the mill and the basket was used from 1976 to the present. The creator and exact date of construction are unknown as this was handed down to Penney by a friend. The materials used are plywood and birch. The metal pieces on the handles are the copper bases from lightbulbs, hammered flat. The stickers on the basket came from the hospital, as Penney had to be taken there one day when he took sick at the mill.
