Aloysisus taught Irish language class in St. John's, reported by The Trident

Aloysisus's grandmother was a native Irish speaker and he learnt this language through booklets and records. In 1970, Aloysisus took an Irish grammar course at Memorial University. He started teaching Irish in St. John's in 1979 and tried to promote Irish-Newfoundland culture.
