Description
Summary:Interior shot of the Barnes shed, showing brick walls made from salvaged bricks from a demolished nurses’ residence. The shed is used for storage of tools and other objects. There is a white mantel in the centre of the eastern wall with a white model ship placed on the ground in front of it. In the corner of northern and western walls there is an old well for drinking water, now covered. The well was used when Barnes was a boy until tap water came to local households. There is an 8 inch raised rocky square platform around the well, covered by a square wooden well lid.
