Émile Benoit raconte deux contes: un en français, « Le conte des trois géants » qui raconte comment Jack a vaincu trois géants pour gagner la main de la fille du roi, et l'autre en anglais, « Le conte de la bête à sept têtes » qui raconte comment Jack a vaincu une bête à sept têtes pour gagner la main de la fille du roi. Il joue aussi du violon, et parle de la manière qu'il a appris à jouer le violon, et de l'importance du violon dans sa vie. Il parle aussi de la composition et des histoires qui vont avec ses chansons. Il raconte la légende de la squelette, et puis joue « Le Reel du Squelette ».
