I have heard this word used many times by my father when commenting on the _language_ used by certain individuals especially a first cousin of mine who was a true blaggard because every second word he used was a filthy one. I got the _black guard_ thing from Mr. Stanley Dawe of Old Shop. Yes DICT CEN.
