There's also a little piece of leather with a hole in cut down the size of this skiver. And that's on the line; the line is drove through it. Well now I'll put my bait, my herring or whatever I has for bait on this skiver,and then push down the bit of leather on the stick as well as on the line, and that'll keep it stuck perpendicular for the lobster to get.
