I have made careful enquiries about "market shooters" and find that there are about 40 of them all over the island "following the gun" and they clear by shooting roughly $30.00 per season or $1200.00 in all. In addition to this I would suggest that the "market shooters' " guns be handed over say the last of April after the winter bird shooting is over and before the spring muskrat season begins.
