[Reverse] Usually when fishermen are hauling their codtrap they put the first part of their catch in the mitchenbroom, when that is filled up they proceed to put fish in the other parts of the skiff. Sometimes this part of the boat is referred to as the boats "_mitchems_", it can also be used for animals and people. This word is still used in Islington.
