Rosalyn Sparke says that when she was about 7 or 8 years old she would say this rhyme to her girlfriends using their name in the blank [reverse] It would be just to taunt them and tease them. The rhyme seems incomplete but thats how I get it. Mushel means female genital organ. DICT CEN.
