Summary:sleeveen n person who does something to rouse another person's temper. Whenever I got into a fight with one of my four brothers, (I was the oldest) and made one [REVERSE] of them cry, this would upset him very much. As a result he would draw his hand back over his shoulder as if to strike me and shout out in a very serious and rough voice - "you sleeven". This would immediately cause me to stop fighting. An interesting observation is that the gesture of going to strike me _always_ accomapanied the saying "sleveen." But he would never ever strike me. Yes DICT CEN.
