Then the caller gives each individual certain individual orders. These are, make 5 (or any No.) giant strides - and the first person in line makes five big steps in the direction of the caller, or home. The next person may be told to make a certain number of 'birdie hope' [or 'whirl-a-rounds','backward [reverse] steps', etc. ] . . . the one who reaches home the first is the winner, and thus becomes the caller for the next round. [every player must first ask the caller 'May I?' before he carries out an order] G. M. Story JUL 1973 JH JUL 1973 [over] Not used Not used Withdrawn Reverse at G_16040. Diagram included.
