Summary: | colcannon n The Sunday before Advent, a party or many parties were held when a meal called 'colcannon' was cooked and served for the supper meal. It was made from all the vegetables you had available, cabbage, turnip, carrots, potatoes, beets, etc. This was thought of as a sort of thanksgiving celebration for the people of Coachman's Cove.
