Summary:blue a Each fisherman received a little book. Then the [fish] buyer obtained the stamps from the post office and they were recorded in the fisherman's book. Little blue cards were also available. In some cases, when the fisherman did not have his book available, the fish buyers would put the stamps on the blue card and then give it to the fisherman to enclose in his little book.
