Includes two separate annual reports; one filed by the Director of Child Welfare, and the other by the judge presiding over the Juvenile Court in St. John's. The report filed by the Director of Child Welfare outlines the statistics of both unwed mothers and children who were under the care of the Division, both temporarily and permanently.
