Other Authors: Green, Melvin Ralph, Melvin Ralph Green was born February 13, 1947 to Alfred and Lillian Green. Alfred Green was from Winterton and Lillian Green was from Hant's Harbour. His paternal grandparents were Luther and Elizabeth Green. His maternal grandparents were Herbert and Delilah Green. His father and mother were involved in the Orange Lodge, however, was never involved in the Lodge himself. Melvin, after his retirement, became involved with the Brass Band playing the E flat horn and, inspired by his involvement with the band, joined the organization.
