(1934-) Raymond Boone was born October 18, 1934 in Cottrell's Cove. He moved to Summerford in 1962 when he married his wife Mable (nee Watkins). He spent forty-six years working as a carpenter constructing homes, commercial buildings and a few churches. He has built three rodneys, eighteen speed boats and one motorboat.
