Production studies on the young stages of Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L.) in an experimental area of Indian River, Notre Dame Bay, Newfoundland
A preliminary assessment was made of the effect of a controlled flow spawning channel on Atlantic salmon parr production in Indian River, Newfoundland. -- Fry production, in the channel, was compared with that in the river, under natural conditions, and found to be substantially higher.
