The Russian military presence and the Russian diplomacy in the context of the conflict in eastern Ukraine

Since the beginning of the events on Independence Square in November 2013, the leaders of the Russian Federation called on the representatives of the West, not to engage them in the internal affairs of Ukraine, and allowed the Ukrainians to resolve their contradictions. In practice, the Russians themselves very seriously affect the course of events in Ukraine. The representatives of the Russian special services involved in planning operations against supporters of European integration. This article presents the analysis of the degree of involvement of the Russian side in the events on the aforementioned areas from February to August 2014.
