ВІЙСЬКОВА СПІВПРАЦЯ РЕСПУБЛІКИ ПОЛЬЩА ТА ДЕРЖАВ БАЛТІЇ В РАМКАХ ПІВНІЧНОАТЛАНТИЧНОГО АЛЬЯНСУ

Розглянуто причини активізації співробітництва в рамках Північноатлантичного Альянсу. Увагу зосереджено на співпраці Республіки Польща та держав Балтії в умовах кризи міжнародної без пекової системи.Проаналізовані позиції Польщі та держав Балтії, що базуються на глибокій довірі до інститутів НАТО та тісній співпраці з країнами-членами Альянсу. Розглянуто нові формати військової співпраці між державами, що стали реакцією на ймовірну загрозу з боку Російської Федерації. Встановлено, що російська агресія проти України унаочнила оборонну вразливість східноєвропейського флангу НАТО та змусила Альянс до реконцептуалізації місця та ролі держав, які до цього не були залучені у масштабні військові програми. Наголошено на позиції США як світової потуги, що має значний вплив на проблеми міжнародної безпеки. Обґрунтовано, що присутність НАТО в країнах Балтії та ЦСЄ лише посилюватиметься, а розвиток та поглиблення стратегічного партнерства з країнами-членами НАТО залишатиметься серед їхніх головних зовнішньополітичних пріоритетів.Ключові слова: Північний Атлантичний Альянс (НАТО); безпекові виклики; держави Балтії; Республіка Польща; координація; військова співпраця; російська агресія.In the article there are discussed the reasons for increased cooperation within NATO. Special attention is paid to cooperation between Poland and the Baltic States in the context of the crisis of international security system.The article highlights the place and role of Poland in shaping security and defense policy. Also there is analyzed the position of the Baltic states into NATO, based on deep confidence in the institutions of NATO and on close cooperation with current members of the organization. The creation of new formats of military cooperation between states, as a reaction to unfounded fears of further Russian aggression is also considered. Also in the study has been found out that Russian aggression showed up the weak defensive vulnerability of NATO Eastern flanks and also forced states of this organization to take a fresh look at the state, which had not been involved in large-scale military programs yet. The place and role of the US as a world power with a significant impact on solving the problems of international security is also emphasized in the article. As it is known, modern international community can not fully prevent conflict without US support. The conclusion is that NATO presence in the Baltic region and CEE will rise, and the development and intensification of strategic partnership with NATO members will continue to be a major foreign policy priority, particularly with regard to the formation of a united front of democratic world against the imperial ambitions of Russia.Key words: North Atlantic Alliance (NATO); security challenges; the Baltic States; Poland; coordination; military cooperation; Russian aggression.
