Lašišinių žuvų virškinamojo trakto mikroorganizmų identifikavimas naudojant molekulinius metodus

The intestinal microorganisms of free-living freshwater salmonid fishes salmon Salmo salar L., and sea trout Salmo trutta trutta L. juveniles using molecular identification techniques have been investigated. Significant differences have been observed in different fish species. The predominant group...

Significant differences have been observed in different fish species. The predominant group in the intestinal tract of salmon was made up of the representatives of the Enterobacteriaceae (23%), Plesiomonas (19.2%) and Carnobacterium (15.3%). Predominant intestinal microbiota in the sea trout intestinal tract bacteria were Enterobacteriaceae (52%),Aeromonas (22%) and Pseudomonas (14%). The results clearly show the greater diversity of Enterobacteriaceae in the intestinal tract of the juvenile sea trout, than that in salmon. The results of the present study dearly indicate that molecular identification methods using universal bacterial 16S rDNA primers and sequencing partial 16S rRNA genes provide an opportunity to determine the greater microbial diversity of intestinal tract at the species level.
