Summary:Resistance to fuzarium (Fusarium spp.) of over 900 flax varieties, collection specimens, breeding lines and mutants was investigated on the background of artificial infection at the Lithuanian Institute of Agriculture's Upytė Research Station. The following varieties and numbers were distinquished: 'Lord', 'Dvina', 'I - 7', 'Mirnyj', 'Primost', 'Noralta', 'Deep-pink', 'N.Queen', 'Aoyadi', 'Wonder', 'Cascad', 'Mapun L - 8', 'Redwood', 'Cree', 'VNIIL - 3', '363 - 4', 407 - 6' et al. All fusarium resistant flax collection samples are a valuable initial material for the development of new fibre flax varieties.
