Using the work of the authors studied, it analyses people in space and the environment around them. This topic became particularly relevant during the pandemic, when people had to limit their contact with other people around them for safety reasons, thus encouraging them to stay at home for their own health and that of others. During the pandemic, psychological problems were particularly acute, due to reduced socialisation and being in the same place all the time. The relevance of this theme has also been portrayed by other artists, both abroad and in Lithuania, due to the increased number of depictions of people in different spaces. Human relationships and the concept of space are widely explored, but the novelty of this work is due to the representation of people in space and the palette that explores why people become attached to a place and the factors that lead to visiting the same place. There is a wide range of visual material, but less exploration of why people keep returning to their favourite spaces. As the work focuses on people's relationship to space, leisure venues such as bars were chosen as they share a similar atmosphere, which is why they attract long-standing patrons and attract new people to visit because of their atmosphere. The aim and objectives of this paper are to analyse the bar "Little Paris" in Kaunas, "Parsley's Paradise" in Sventoji, "Unicorn and Narwhal" in Seattle, thus analysing the relationship between people and the space, and to look at the extent to which memories influence the visit of a place. The findings of this work show that social relationships and visits to paces play an important role in people's psychological well-being, leading to memories of places, and that people tend to return to places that satisfy their physical and sociological needs.
