В статье анализируются особенности процесса интернационализации регионального вуза, осуществляемого в рамках трансграничного сотрудничества Баренцева Евро Арктического региона (БЕАР). Международная деятельность Мурманского государственного гуманитарного университета рассматривается в качестве зоны инноваций, обеспечивающей вхождение вуза в Европейское пространство высшего образования.
