| Summary: | Shved A. Yu. Fundamentals of the constitutional order in the National Security Strategy of Ukraine. - Article. In the article the author considered the content and structure of the new National Security Strategy of Ukraine, as the vision of the interests of national security of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine and the state of protection in accordance with its provisions, constitutional order and its foundations. The vector of development of the security sector of our state and previous versions of the National Security Strategy of Ukraine and differences from them of the new Strategy are investigated. The main principles of the National Security Strategy of Ukraine adopted “Human Security - Country Security” on September 14, 2020: restraint, stability, interaction as principles by which fundamental national interests are protected, including the democratic constitutional order and its foundations, are analyzed. Urgent potential external and internal threats to Ukraine’s statehood and its vital interests are considered. There is an urgent need to maintain and maintain the extremely important civilian potential, which currently occupies the first line of defense of modern society, on a par with military potential, guided by a list of seven basic requirements formulated at the Warsaw Summit of North Atlantic Alliance Leaders 2016. Conclusions were made on increasing the level of protection of the constitutional order by strengthening the national security policy, including by raising the living standards of the population, raising the level of production, taking measures to completely eliminate wage arrears. The author draws attention to the need for proper implementation of the intentions declared in the National Security Strategy of Ukraine by central authorities and senior government officials, in order to prevent consequences in the form of destabilization of the political situation in the country and increase the possibility of encroachment on the constitutional order and its foundations. Швед А. Ю. Основи конституційного ладу в Стратегії національної безпеки України. - Стаття. У статті автором було розглянуто зміст і структуру нової Стратегії національної безпеки України як бачення інтересів національної безпеки України Президентом України та стан захищеності відповідно до її положень, конституційного ладу та його основ. Досліджено вектор розвитку безпекового сектору нашої держави та попередні варіанти Стратегії національної безпеки України, відмінності від них нової Стратегії. Проаналізовано основні засади Стратегії національної безпеки України «Безпека людини - Безпека країни» від 14 вересня 2020 року: стримування, стійкість, взаємодія як принципи, за допомогою яких захищаються фундаментальні національні інтереси, в тому числі демократичний конституційний лад та його основи. Розглянуто нагальні потенційні зовнішні та внутрішні загрози державності України та її життєво важливим інтересам. Зазначену про нагальну необхідність утримувати та підтримувати надзвичайно важливий цивільний потенціал, який нині займає першу лінію оборони сучасного суспільства на одному рівні з воєнним потенціалом, керуючись переліком із семи базових вимог, сформульованих на Варшавському саміті лідерів країн Північноатлантичного Альянсу 2016 року. Зроблено висновки щодо підвищення рівня охорони основ конституційного ладу шляхом зміцнення національної безпекової політики, в тому числі шляхом підйому рівня життя населення, підвищення обсягів виробництва, вжиття заходів щодо повної ліквідації заборгованості зі сплати заробітної плати. Автором звертається увага на необхідність належного виконання задекларованих у Стратегії національної безпеки України намірів центральними органами державної влади та вищими посадовими особами держави з метою недопущення наслідків у вигляді дестабілізації політичного стану в державі та підвищення можливості здійснення посягань на конституційний лад і його основи.
