The article is devoted to an overview of the animal world in the Amur Krai and the Usuriysk-Primorsky Krai. So, in the Amur region it consisted of domestic animals, from the same breeds as in Europe, such as: horses, cows, sheep, pigs, goats, and domestic poultry; from the wild, such as: the large East Siberian deer (Izubr) or the red deer, whose horns were highly valued in China, as well as the tiger, snow leopard (Irbis), mountain wolf, Tibetan bear, elk, wild goats, Siberian musk deer, fox, hare, sable, squirrel, etc. The animal world in the Usuriysk-Primorsky Krai is the same as in the Amur Oblast, although domestic animals are dominated by better breeds than in the Amur Oblast.
