Description
Summary:The article examines the above-ground and underground natural resources of the Ukrainian Far Eastern Republic (Green Wedge). The article is devoted to an overview of the animal world in the Amur Krai and the Usuriysk-Primorsky Krai. So, in the Amur region it consisted of domestic animals, from the same breeds as in Europe, such as: horses, cows, sheep, pigs, goats, and domestic poultry; from the wild, such as: the large East Siberian deer (Izubr) or the red deer, whose horns were highly valued in China, as well as the tiger, snow leopard (Irbis), mountain wolf, Tibetan bear, elk, wild goats, Siberian musk deer, fox, hare, sable, squirrel, etc. The animal world in the Usuriysk-Primorsky Krai is the same as in the Amur Oblast, although domestic animals are dominated by better breeds than in the Amur Oblast. Fishing in the Usuri-Prymor region was rich in the number of fish that were in the lower reaches of the Amur River, in the Usuri River and other rivers of the region, mainly in the Seas of Japan and Okhotsk, there was much more than in the Amur region. Marine fish similar to herring appeared only in the Sea of Japan and its bays in small numbers and greatly increased the fishing industry. The production of seaweed, which was exported in large quantities to China, ...
