Summary:Globalization processes which lead to the appearance and development of global risks are stated in the article. A categorization of global risks and their infl uence on the Arctic region development process are given by the author. By using a model of integrated system of econometric equations a model for forecasting the development of categories of global risks is proposed. On the basis of received results an estimation of future impact of global risks on the processes in the Arctic region is given in the article. В статье излагаются глобализационные процессы, ответственные за возникновение глобальных рисков. Проведены категоризация глобальных рисков и анализ влияния их на процесс освоения регионов Арктики. Автором предложена и решена модель взаимосвязанных эконометрических уравнений, отражающая взаимную зависимость всех категорий глобальных рисков и позволяющая получать прогнозные значения. На основе полученных прогнозов дается оценка дальнейшего влияния глобальных рисков на Арктику и ее освоение.
