The result of the research will be the selection of the most optimal type of communication (fiber-optic communication lines, relay, tropospheric, satellite, short-wave communication lines or their combination), as well as proposals for the development of an Integrated Communication Network in the Far North in the interests of business of various departments, power unit and population. A list of telecommunications equipment and system integration platforms are provided which, by their characteristics, meet the requirements for use in the Arctic zone and support work on both low-speed (satellite) and high-speed communication lines.
