Chronic ischemia of the brain at inhabitants of northern territories (on the example of komi republic)

The all cases of the hospitalization of the patients with cerebrovascular diseases in republican neurologic branch from 1998 to 2008 were analyzed. Women prevailed over the men in all groups of patients significantly. The age of hospitalized men is lower than ones of women with the same form of pathology statistically significantly. The disease was beginning at the patients living in regions of the Far North authentically earlier. Проанализированы все случаи госпитализации пациентов с цереброваскулярными заболеваниями (ЦВЗ) в республиканское неврологическое отделение с 1998 по 2007 гг. Отмечено значимое преобладание женщин во всех группах пациентов. Возраст госпитализированных мужчин статистически значимо ниже возраста женщин с той же формой цереброваскулярной патологии. Выявлено достоверно более раннее начало заболевания у пациентов, проживающих в районах Крайнего Севера.
