The article is devoted to investigate the process of engagement and deepening cooperation and partnership between the Republic of Moldova and the North Atlantic Alliance. The subject matter concerns the legal and political dimension of relations between the parties, since Moldovarsquo;s participation in the meeting of the North Atlantic Cooperation Council and bound to highlight the renewed Individual Partnership Action. However, the North Atlantic Alliance continues to be perceived in the Republic of Moldova in terms of the logic of the Cold War, as the enemy and impose a set of actions to familiarize with the new policies of NATO.
