The scope of the research is the solution of the problem of saving of the state ofpermanently frozen soil in conditions of northern construction. The soil thermostabilizers areused for permafrost maintenance. We carried out the work which purpose is the research ofdynamics of temperature regime of the soil around the thermostabilizer in the winter andsummer for a climatic zone of the South of Western Siberia. Temperature fields of the soilaround the thermostabilizer are experimentally obtained. The design results are confirmedwith pilot research. For evaluation of the of the work of a vaporizing zone of thethermostabilizer we have introduced a new parameter – the volumetric heat content, whichtakes into account not only the volume of frozen ground, but it’s temperature level. It waselaborated and tested the promising example of thermopile. Scopul studiului constă în contribuţii la soluţionarea problemei de menţinere a stării de îngheţ veşnica solului în condiţii de realizarea a proiectelor de construcţie în zonele de nod. Pentru menţinerea stării de îngheţveşnic a solului se utilizează stabilizatore termice a solului. Prezenta lucrare este axată pe cercetarea evoluţiei îndinamică a temperaturii solului în apropierea stabilizatorului de temperatură în regimurile de funcţionare peparcursul iernii şi vara în zonele climatice a sudului Siberiei de Vest. Experimental s-au obţinut câmpuriletermice din sol în zona de amplasare a termostabilizatorului. Rezultatele obşinute prin calcule au o bunăcoincidenţă cu datele obţinute experimental. Pentru estimarea procesului de lucru a zonei de evaporare atermstablizatorului s-a introdus un nou parametru a conţinutului volumetric de căldură, care include nu numaivolumul solului în stare de îngheţ dar şi temperatura acestui volum de sol.
