The large latitude and longitude extent of the territory of Russia determines very different thermal oscillations from one region to another. The Arctic Ocean has a special influence in the evolution of air temperature in Russia, but so does the Pacific Ocean, through the cold ldquo;Oya Shivordquo; current.
