The authors present data from a pre-project study of the territory and show the need for its logistical enrichment in order to increase the efficiency of mineral extraction and multiply the volume of transported cargo. To realise these ideas, the authors propose new types of Arctic bases and settlements based on the geometry of geodesic domes, which have a number of technical advantages and aesthetic expression. The authors propose to base the settlement concept on the principles of modularity, interchangeability of individual modules and their component parts, maximum weight reduction and simplified transport. We propose to install wind energy-ecological and a number of other engineering systems to increase the autonomy of Arctic settlements.
