| Summary: | In this study, we isolated and identified the Vibrio parahaemolyticus 01 strain in Thua Thien Hue province causing ulcer disease in Sciaenops ocellatus. The full-length of thermolabile hemolysin (tlh) gene (1257 bp), encoding antigen thermolabile hemolysin toxin (TLH) of the Vibrio sp. was cloned and sequenced successfully. The sequence analysis of gene cloned shows a complete similarity to the Vibrio parahaemolyticus strain (Genbank: AY289609.1). Gene tlh encodes a complete polypeptide sequence of 418 amino acids and completely consistent with polypeptide chains published in Genebank (accession number: AAP41840.1). Our findings show a high potential of the PCR-based method for rapid identification and providing genetic relationship information and isolate the toxin gene from Vibrio bacteria in Thua Thien Hue province. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi đã phân lập và định danh được một chủng Vibrio parahaemolyticus 01 gây bệnh xuất huyết lở loét ở cá hồng mỹ nuôi tại Thừa Thiên Huế. Gene thermolabile hemolysin (tlh) mã hóa tạo kháng nguyên độc tố không bền nhiệt TLH có kích thước 1257 bp, hoàn toàn tương đồng với trình tự gene được công bố trên Genebank (mã số: AY289609.1). Gene tlh mã hóa tạo chuỗi polypeptide hoàn chỉnh dài 418 acid amin và hoàn toàn tương đồng với chuỗi polypeptide được công bố trên Genebank (mã số: AAP41840.1). Kết quả của chúng tôi cho thấy tiềm năng ứng dụng lớn của phương pháp PCR để xác định nhanh chóng và cung cấp thông tin về mối quan hệ di truyền và phân lập gene độc tố từ vi khuẩn Vibrio ở tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế.
